-2:00 PM: Smoothie made with walnuts, protein powder, strawberries, pumpkin seeds and blueberries

-3:30-5:00: yard work, hauling brush, stacking junk, etc.

6:45 PM: 4 pickles, 2 slices bacon, 3 sardines, 6 ounces cheese, 1 ounce pepperoni, eggplant, tomato sauce
