Postmortem Hate Training Log: Weight Loss Report
Wednesday
11:00 AM-1:00 PM: stretches, plyos, floor exercises, walking mixed at low intensity
2:30 PM: 3 ounces pumpkin seeds, teaspoon salt, 2 table spoons nutritional yeast!, 2 tablespoons balsalmic vinegar, half sick of butter
4:14-29 PM: walked 1 mile
4:30-8:00 PM: 3 shots of rum, 1 burger, 1 slice of cheese
9:00 – 11 PM: low intensity stretches, plyos, floor exercises
Thursday
8-10:00 AM: stretches, plyos, floor exercises, 7-lb dumbbell super sets
Weighed 192 pounds, lost 36 since August 14
11:00 AM: 2 ounces roasted almonds, 3 ounces boiled peanuts, 32 ounces of beef bone broth, 3 tablespoons vinegar, 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
Went to Aldis and bought smoked almonds, sausage, ground pork and lettuce
3:30 AM: 2 bratwurst sausages, 16 ounces of beef bone broth, 2 cups steamed broccoli
Went to Dollar Store and bought smoked oysters, sardines, smoked herring, raw vinegar, cheese, dry cured ham, pork chops, frozen blueberries, jalapenos, pickles, mustard, cheese and coconut oil
Thursday to Friday
Had eye seizure and vertigo and laid down for 15 hours from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM and weighed 193 pounds.
Friday
Fast, only coffee and tea
Will do mild plyos and easy walks
Weight Loss through Paleolithic eating with James LaFond

I've seen some retail tins with the country of origin marked as 'China'. I'd give those a pass.

Great job!

I was going to suggest adding weigh-in numbers alongside the training entries. Hope this is a new trend.

This isn't some health regimen, just an attempt to drop fat. I'll be eating lot of garbage from dollar stores while in the east.

Don't see a scale often. I'll be satisfied when I get to a 30 inch waist.
