Monday

11:30 AM: 5 ounces smoked oysters, teaspoon of yeast, 3 ounces cheese, 3 pickles, 1 jalapeno

4:30 PM: cup cottage cheese, ½ cup walnuts

5:30-6:30 PM: stacked a cord of firewood

Tuesday

8:30-8:45 AM: walked 1 mile

10-10:21 AM: walked a mile and a quarter

1:00 PM: 2 peperoncini, 2 grape tomatoes, to small olives, 1 slice onion, 2 slices green pepper, 4 cups lettuce, 5 slices ham lunchmeat, 5 slices American cheese, 2 hardboiled eggs with oil and vinegar

2-2:30 PM: plyos, floor exercises

3:05-3:27 PM: walked 1 ¼ miles

5:20-5:40 PM: walked 1 mile

7:45PM: 2 smoked herring fillets, 4 pickles, 20 pepperoni slices, 2 ounces cheese, 1 ounce pork rinds, 1 jalapeno
