Friday

8:00 AM: walked a mile

2:00 PM: walked a mile

3:00 PM: 5 ounces cheese, 10 ounces cauliflower, 8 ounces green beans

8:00 PM: 2 ounces beef slices, 8 ounces broccoli

Saturday

9:30-11:30 AM: mixed stick sparring, coaching, boxing drills and coaching

2:00 PM: 4 ounces chicken breast

8:30: half stick of butter, bunch of raw spring onions, 2 ounces cheese, 10 almonds

Sunday

12:10-12:58 PM: weeded and gardened

7:30-9:00 PM: a bowl of beef stew and a porter
