Monday

9:59-11:04 AM: 3.5 mile walk with half pack

1:00 PM: 15 almonds

3:45-4:01: walked a mile

4:30 PM: 2 sausages, ½ stick butter, 2 cups green beans, 2 cups tomatoes [tomatoes made me feel sluggish, maybe too many carbs]

5:00-6:00: Light packing and hauling

6:01-6:35 PM: walked 2 miles

6:45-7:10 PM: hit heavy bag with pipe and hands

Tuesday

10:00-11:30 AM: coached a rehab session

12:10-2:20 PM: walked 2 miles, skipped, raced, and did floor exercises, gymnastics and ballet with a four-year-old girl—my ballet sucks, especially in boots.

3:15 PM: 3 olives, 3 grape tomatoes, 3 slices cheese, 4 cups lettuce, 4 slices lunchmeat, slice of onion, vinegar and oil dressing

4:01-5:30 PM: walked 4.5 miles

6:00-7:00 PM: packed and hauled boxes and totes of household goods and books

7:05 PM: 4 eggs
