Thursday 31

Walked 2 miles

20 minutes plyos

8 PM: 4 ounces beef, 8 ounces broccoli

Friday 1

Gardened for 3 hours

30 minutes plyos

4 PM: Handful walnuts

9 PM: turkey burger, jalapeno, cubana pepper, ¼ cup cucumbers, slice of onion, 2 cups green tomatoes

Saturday 2

9-11 AM: sparring, drilling and coaching

3:30 PM: handful pork rinds, burger, stick of butter, ½ onion

8 PM: ½ beef

10 PM: tried not to get an erection while a Dominican dancing girl grinded all over my now accessible lap—critical failure in discipline.

Sunday 3

12:00 AM: cup of vegetable soup, handful of pork rinds, handful of cashews, handful of almonds

10:30 AM: 4 slices bacon, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 eggs

5:30 -11:30 PM: 6 shots of rum, 2 small shrimp, 2 ounces of pork, 2 ounces of cashews, 15-minutes of plyos

Monday 4

10:30 AM: 4 slices of bacon, teaspoon or marmite

3:50 PM: 4 slices salami, slices ham, 3 slices swiss, 4 pickles, handful pork rinds

7:08-8:15 PM: coached boxing

9:40 PM: slice roast beef, pork chop, 2 cups cabbage

Tuesday 5

11:15 AM: 2 eggs, 4 slices bacon

6:10 PM: handful cashews

7:45-9:00 PM: coached boxing

9:20 PM: chicken leg, 3 ounces pork

10:05-25: plyos

11-1:00: 2 beers, mixed nuts

Wednesday 6

1:45 PM: ½ pound ground beef, 1/3 stick butter, 3 slices bacon, 3 garlic cloves, teaspoon marmite

7:20-30 PM: plyos, stretches

10:40 PM: cup sausage, 2 cups cabbage

11:00 AM-1 PM: 2 shots rum

Thursday 7

12:15-1:05 PM: sparred with Mescaline Franklin

1:15 PM: ¼ pound ground beef fried in butter with garlic

5:30 PM: 2 ounces cheese, handful almonds, handful cashews, 1 miller lite beer

7:30 PM: 4 meatballs, ½ sausage, cup of sauce, 2 cups lettuce

7:54-8:30 PM: coached boxing

Staying in the amenity center of my nomad life, I doubt very much if I have lost another pound. Hopefully I did not gain.
