11:00 PM: 16th 40 minutes of dumbbell exercises and plyos
12:00 AM: two handfuls mixed nuts, one miller lite beer
3:30-5:00 PM: shadowboxing, plyos, waist rolls
7:00 PM: sliced beef, 2 sausages, bowl of vegetable broth, green beans
11:00 PM: 2 miller lite beers, handful cashews
Monday 18
9:40-10:10 AM: light contact boxing drills with Oliver
2:00 PM: meat stick
6:00 PM: 3 cups cauliflour, 2 cups broccoli, ¼ cup mayo, 4 ounces cheese, 1 slice roast beef
9:00 PM: 1 miller lite beer
Tuesday 19
9:15-10:10 AM: clinch, check and move drills with Oliver
11:40 AM: 2 ounces peanuts
3:00 PM: ½ ounce cocoa butter, 2 ounces pepperoni, ½ ounce pork rinds, teaspoon marmite
8:45 PM: handful each, cashews, almonds, walnuts
Wednesday 20
10:30-12:15 PM: floor exercises
1:00 PM 3 ounces sardines 4 ounces herring, 1 ounce cheese, 1 jalapeno, 5 olives, 3 teaspoons vinegar, teaspoon marmite, handful cashews, handful almonds, 4 pork rinds
7:30 PM: two handfuls of mixed nuts
No way did I lose a pound this week. I’ve been staying inside in Baltimore writing.
