The minor sources for this two volume Caucasian Slavery in Plantation America, are cited throughout the text and appendices of this volume and the preceding Stillbirth of A Nation.
I used Wikipedia, The Time Life History of the West and the World Book Encyclopedia as standard sources.

-The Life and Curious Adventures of Peter Williamson Who Was carried Off From Aberdeen and Sold for a Slave, reproduced in its entirety and footnoted in Stillbirth of A Nation and available from the Library of Congress as a view file or download via the link below:
-Puritans and Adventurers: Change and Persistence in Early America, by T.H. Breen
-They Were White and They Were Slaves: The Untold History of the enslavement of Whites in Early America by Michael A Hoffman II, which contains a massive bibliography, for which the reader is encouraged to access the free PDF [you may also purchase the book in print or e-file] of this book via the link below:
-The Slave Trade by Hugh Thomas, a massive reference which was crucial in framing that which it largely overlooked.
Additionally, there are a number of so-called black history sources which are actually mixed black-white sources, such as Frederick Douglas, William Wells Brown and Moses Roper, all half or more white and sure of their Caucasian paternity. Also, the narrative of a man actually "kidnapped" [a Scottish term, mind you] out of Africa and sold to a slave trader, having not even known that white people exist, is very instructive, a good read, and puts the lie to the modern African American notion that white slave-catchers hunted Africa. There remain other white slavery narratives that have not been reproduced for modern viewing, which I will seek out, as well as local archives of Colonial Maryland, which I hope to gain access to in the future.
