Three
The Number of the Dindu Beast

This past Monday night, at the head of my bus line, three Dindus robbed a 7-11 at gunpoint. Working in a 7-11 is the most dangerous job there is in Harm City.
On Tuesday morning at 8:32 I saw three Dindu youth in Middle River, on their bikes, speeding away from the mugging of a homeless paleface wench in front of the McDonalds. They did not get her cell phone and the lady behind the counter at the fast food joint successfully researched the address so she could call to be picked up and evacuated. She was a street person, homeless, so would never imagine calling the police and filling at a report, as her very mode of existence is illegal.
It occurred to me then how much aggression has shifted in behavior and frequency, but has maintained the same basic structure. Essentially, the sacred number of the attacker is three, as I found out in the 1996-2000 violence survey. More trios attack than pairs. More trios attack than larger groups. Three is the low-cohesion operational crew number most conducive two success.
Two years ago I was tracked by a group of three, armed with a smart phone, who failed to make contact with me and phone my route and appearance in. I knew where I would be ambushed, so ran instead of walked and beat the ambush crew there. Who were still a block below me as I came over the top of the ridge, having run through the back lots. Further down the street they were also in phone contact with a third group of three innocent unarmed youths of color, who were calling in the position of the beat cop that the local neighborhood association was paying for.
The employment of overtime cops—as opposed to off duty cops—is handled through “the overtime desk.” However, according to the BPD Union, which is now suing the City for unpaid overtime, and seeking class action status for the effort, nearly 30 Baltimore City Police Officers are resigning or retiring every month and that there is no expected replacement pool of experienced cops to take their place or train new hires!
Private security will now be increasingly privatized. For instance, Morgan State University [which has its own police force and crime stats] is now seeking funds to repair a brick wall that was once raised to keep students out of the neighborhood on behalf of paleface residents. The formerly reviled wall is now being earmarked for repair in order to protect these violent college students from even more violent Dindu residents!
Further down town, I toured the grounds of Johns Hopkins campus with Mescaline Franklin today as he photoed historical monuments in the process of being defaced or removed. In February there was one Hopkins security guard visible on the street. Today there were seven guards and two cops in a quarter-mile stretch of Charles Street, on routine deterrence duty, a duty that is no longer preformed in residential or commercial sectors.
The vice tightens and our masters whimper under the lash of their own feral pets.
The Three Dog Night once sung of “one being the loneliest number.” Perhaps a Hip Hop artist will rewrite that song to appeal to the Dindu raiders currently hunting palefaces across the rank depths of a crumbling landscape. I see it becoming a major hit.
“One is the onliest number,
When you get banked by three!”

Three is the magic number among the Junior G-Man set. Many moons ago while accompanying a friend and his lady to the old Rendezvous Lounge a young wealth redistribution specialist with a 9mm an even younger look out on a bike and a burly lad who was probably 14 but with the musculature/stature of a collegiate defensive linebacker waylaid our party. This was also about the same point that cell phones were dropping into territory cheap enough to use for coordinating Albino hunting parties (circa 02') Many life lessons learned that evening. Luckily the young entrepreneur did not lose his cool and put a bullet into my companions....The kid was shaking so bad I almost offered to hold the crappy Beretta M9 clone for him...Crap like that makes this Pict glad to be north of Yo' Adrian's Wall.

3 is the optimum number for not getting in each other's way.

The one time in my life I got banked was by three dudes (I was 15, walking to catch a concert with some money I'd made moving furniture, they rolled up behind me and blindsided my stupid ass.)

Private security is the natural progression.

What happens in public organizations is that the middle metastasizes. The people who are in charge are irrelevant. At some point, the whole thing becomes just a means of getting paychecks to middle-layer people who pretend to work. The guys who are on the ground become a nuisance and treated as such. The organization becomes hollowed out. So cops are not actually allowed to enforce order. By the way, those Dindus are not tolerated because they enforce the elite's will. They're tolerated because they provide jobs to many, many civil servants.

But nature abhors a vacuum. Cities are usually built on prime real estate, transportation arteries, harbors, etc. And the infrastructure that's in place is worth real money. So you have a constant incentive to re-colonize.

What I wanted to do a couple of years ago was to wait for places like Detroit and Baltimore to completely Africanize, and for the federal money to dry up a bit. Then move in and make a deal, greasing the skids of any local Mayor O'mammas. Get a couple dozen blocks, turn them into an enclave, tall fence, private security force that makes problems go away one way or another, and reaches outside the fence to create mini-client states as a buffer zone, Roman-style (grease those skids regularly and the local govt will look the other way.) Charge hefty rent premiums (ensuring the tenants are highly productive.) People from outside the wire can come in and work if they have a sponsor to vouch for them. No voting rights for anyone, run it as a corporation. Just like the Chinese are doing in Africa (similar model).

Obviously, this would require the federal government to really decay badly, because otherwise they would immediately shut the whole thing down for disparate impact and being too embarrassingly successful. I figure it would take a few billion dollars' investment. Maybe Peter Thiel or China would go for it.

I really liked this, B.

Thanks.

So the Dindu's operate in groups of three, eh? Just like the Invaders from Mars.

I saw a video where in South Africa they're actually reclaiming buildings from squatters. We're talking multistory big buildings in downtown. Private security comes in evicts people and they referb the building and add lots of security. Most security in SA is private.
