‘No Certainty of Consequences’
Illegal Guns Testing System: Jail Time Declining, Many Cases Dropped after Weapons Arrests by Justin Fenton 10/23/16, B. SUN

Once again, the communist rag turned anarcho-tyranny mouthpiece, The Baltimore Sun has somehow forgotten to fasten Justin Fenton’s muzzle and he has done another excellent job investigating crime. Justin is literally 90 of the reason for any sane person reading this despicable newspaper.
If you do not have time to checkout this article here are some points:
-25% of Hoodrats arrested in possession of illegally possessing fire arms have charges dropped
-Those convicted are sentenced to only 16 months in jail with much of their sentence suspended
-Fewer arrested with legal guns are held without bail
-One Dindu caught with a loaded revolver was released and the stabbed someone out in the County five days later.
-While the Police Commissioner, Kevin Davis, wants carrying an illegal gun to be regarded as “a pre-murder crime,” a Hopkins professor is consulting with City leaders on gun crime, seemingly with an agenda to reduce sentencing and bail for alleged gunmen
-The Harm City Hoodrats are still in the running for the Urban League World Series, on track to have over 300 hits again this year.
-Harm City is one of the most “lethal” cities in America, with 1 in 3 shooting victims dying.
-Officer experience in aggression [such as a person rounding down their shoulders in preparation for an attack] in noticing established action cues, are being discounted as grounds for search and seizure.
-Dindus really dindunuffin, as only 6% of potential sentences for possession of illegal firearms in a car are applied.
-in 2008 60% of defendants charged with gun crimes were held without bail, while in 2016 only 34% were held without bail
-In 2008 30% of gun crime suspects had a bail of more than 100k, while in 2016 only 8% of suspected shooters are held on bail of over 100k, which means they can get back out their and stitch their own snitches!
-When police commissioner Davis lobbied the Maryland General Assembly to impose a mandatory 1 year sentence on those convicted of carrying loaded, illegal handgun, with a second offense requiring 5 years, the congressmen seemingly recalled the large contributions to their campaigns made on behalf of Harm City drug gangs by criminal defense attorneys and voted for Terrence’s right to get back out there on the street and shoot whoever might have witnessed his last crime.
This is anarcho-tyranny.
The Harm City Hoodrats are still in the running for the winter classic!

James, I can confirm that courts are playing "catch and release" with dindu criminals here in the Mid-West as well. Even in red states "officers of the court" tend to be very liberal. As such they see it as their duty to show clemency to offenders from the "oppressed" classes. For example, in my state there is a "truth in sentencing" law, meaning there is no parole or time off for good behavior. If a defendant is sentenced to ten years in prison, he serves ten years in prison. Period. This law was enacted to thwart the efforts of Leftist judges and the Leftists who staff the corrections bureaucracy to release violent offenders early and send them back to the plague the communities where they offended. Nevertheless Leftists, prosecutors and judges alike, get around this by simply dropping serious charges against dindus and handing out extremely lenient sentences (particularly in the case of juvenile dindus). Consequently we are seeing dindus get placed on probation for armed robbery, car theft and carjacking. Many of these of these suspects are released on signature bond and sent right out to commit more crimes. When they finally kill someone then they might face some serious time behind bars.

James, if I wasn't such a older man vastly diminished from my former self, I could be just like that Solomon Krank guy!

P.S. Check this out: fox6now.com/2016/10/27/theres-no-disincentive-to-carry-a-gun-felons-with-guns-still-dodge-minimum-sentence-despite-new-law (“There’s no disincentive to carry:” Felons with guns dodge ‘minimum’ sentence, despite new law") "Three out of every four felons arrested in Milwaukee County for possession of a gun do not go to prison. More than half aren't even convicted."

This is a rather surprising piece of investigative journalism. Surprising even though it comes from a Fox affiliate. Regardless, most of the local reporters are quite naturally Lefties concerned about promoting social justice issues more than anything else. It could be though that it has reached the point that even these Lefties have become appalled at the runaway crime in the city. Not like this revelation will change anything however. The Milwaukee Common Council recently rejected a public safety action plan submitted by some of its members that called for drastically increasing the size of the police force. Public safety clearly is not a priority for most of the Common Council.
