Jeremy, driving up to make a drug buy is becoming increasingly hazardous as stick up men will now pose as drug dealers and rob you instead of giving you product. At this point only an idiot does cash-for-drug-in-hand transfers from a car anyhow. Narcs still bag dopers like this. If you are coming to Harm City to buy dope, deal with a reputable dealer who will either drive to you, or uses a cash man, messenger, stash man system so that the pigs can't catch you exchanging drugs for money.

Okay, Jeremy, this Federal Hill neighborhood is completely gentrified, so much so that Dindus have been attacking people on the street, now that all the tough whites have been driven out by high house taxes. This situation was most likely a private beef between drug movers, as the asshole in question, Steve P. is from Annapolis and had previous charges for assault. He got is ass beat on the street at peak drug buy hours and then opened up on bystanders. The one thing about the hipsters inhabiting this area is that about a third of the men are fitness/MMA buffs who sit on their ass all day at work and have energy to train afterwards. Steve then punched out the cop that tried to arrest him and is looking at loads of time!
