'School to Prison Pipeline Complete'
War on Self-Defense Update - New Law Makes Schoolyard Fights a Felony

"The right of self-defense never ceases. It is among the most sacred and alike necessary to nations and to individuals."
- President James Monroe
Well we know by now which group this law is really intended to restrain…It’s not the one causing most of the trouble…The “school to prison pipeline” meme is intended to influence the public into believing that black students are unfairly singled out for punishment. That they suffer “disparate impact” from school disciplinary policies such as expulsion for being disruptive or the commission of a  crime. The Leftist narrative being that whites commit crime at the same rates, and of the same nature, as blacks do. So hence forth for every black student who is punished for an offense, a nonblack student will have to be punished for the same offense and to the same degree. This perceived need to treat every group equally is why schools today have “zero tolerance” (zero common sense) polices and why there is no sense of proportion in how punishments are meted out for petty infractions of the rules (like pointing your finger and making a gun noise) as compared to actual crimes against person committed at school.
“If the assaulted person is considered a “special victim,” a Class D felony can be imposed which can mean up to seven years in prison.”
“Restorative justice: is an approach to justice that personalizes the crime by having the victims and the offenders mediate a restitution agreement to the satisfaction of each, as well as involving the community. This contrasts to more punitive approaches where the main aim is retributive justice or to satisfy abstract legal principles. Victims take an active role in the process. Meanwhile, offenders take meaningful responsibility for their actions, taking the opportunity to right their wrongs and redeem themselves, in their own eyes and in the eyes of the community. In addition, the restorative justice approach aims to help the offender to avoid future offenses. The approach is based on a theory of justice that considers crime and wrongdoing to be an offense against an individual or community, rather than the State. ” – Wikipedia
Restorative justice sounds wonderful in theory, but in actual practice it merely results in criminals being released to offend again and again. This is because the Leftists who run our criminal justice system believe the perpetrators of crimes to be victims of an unjust and racist society in which wealth is unequally distributed; therefore, they give the "need’s of the perpetrator priority over the safety of the individual victim as well as society at large. In many Leftist run communities this means the powers-that-be are working to actually close down the country jail in their jurisdiction or, at the very least, see as few people sentenced to serve time in jail as they can mange.  Which is why people are buying more guns.

Life in Dindustan - Georgia former policeman sentenced to life in prison in Taser death
If you shoot someone three times with one of those things it kills…Oh wait, that’s with the “Zat” gun, isn’t it?... Never mind.
“An autopsy found the direct cause of death was "electric stimulation" but also said Towns suffered from hypertensive cardiovascular disease at the time. Expert witnesses for the defense contended Towns was in ill health from an enlarged heart and high blood pressure, court records showed.”
Looks like a case of black on black police brutality. This begs the question of why the two cops didn’t just pick Towns up and throw him bodily into the back seat of the patrol car? Unless he weighed 400 pounds or shit himself when they tased him or had leprosy or some other objectionable characteristic about him that made them reluctant to lay hands on him.
Regardless, we obviously have a problem in this country with too many criminal suspects not being healthy enough to resist the police without dying in the process. Clearly we need to have some kind of wellness and screening programs for such suspects in our jails.
