Combat Space Training Outlines

I have been working 4 fours a day on mobility exercises to remain employed and ambulatory and seem to be holding back the arthritic tide of ossification. However, depending on the weather I have had to use an extra muscle relaxer and resort to a pain pill to make it through a full shift or do any combat evolutions. So, just in case my brain is mush when we get together on the 21st I'm posting a series of bare-bone outlines for you to pull up and run me through when we get together.

If you have any advance questions post them in the comment section as reminders.

I intend to devote a day of meditation to each one of the 12 below and then post the outline, each of which will be more brief than the overall outline.

Each segment should take 5-10 minutes with the four longest segments marked with a +.

These should include:

1. Boxing basics [curriculum for the first six months]+

2. Survival boxing+

3. Empty hand versus stick

4. Empty hand versus knife

5. Extension weapon retention

6. Extension weapon review

7. Stick basics+

8. Short stick tactics [under 24 inches]

9. Long stick tactics [24-31 inches]

10. T-cane tactics

11. Primitive knife-fighting [ice-picking with a small, single-edged blade]+

12. Shovel hook
