Baltimore Police Investigate Fatal Stabbing

Thank you for this link, Jeremy.

In what must have been a nasty situation the police are called to a shooting and find a stabbed man in savage East Baltimore. In Baltimore City and Baltimore County, beginning within months of the 2015 riots and purge, the purge continued with more knives and fewer guns and blunt objects. In early summer 2016 Baltimore County knife crimes became so common that newspapers stopped reporting violence temporarily, and resumed reporting only those incidents where there was a fatality. A visual survey of men over the course of 2016 by this writer has indicated that men and youth not heading to and from school [where there are metal detectors] carry folding clip knives at a rate of one-in-three or one -in-four.
