I've been following a training program known as Functional Patterns. It is non-conventional training and has really helped me iron out my aches and pains. The founder also really has a passion for MMA and I use many of his training exercises. Here is a video of his on punching.

I lost my translator for the project and do not foresee continuing the project especially in light of the slight interest.
I do have a taste for the period and will hopefully find an expeditionary journal for another entrada unabridged and in English.
