The Brothers just can’t catch break, can they? Although maybe, just maybe they would come to the attention of the police a lot less if they were a little more conscientious about following the rules when they ride.

I mean look at this case below here. A white man is fleeing from the police and yet he still remembers to use his turn signals in compliance with the traffic laws.

But following rules is just not something that black folks are good doing. That’s the problem with the “broken windows” theory of law enforcement, isn’t it.? When you enforce rules you always end up arresting more black people than white people. And blacks will invariably interpret that as harassment motived by racial animus. But on the flip side, you get the kind of behavior you put up with. The more rule breaking you are willing to tolerate, the more you will get.
