I'm confused by this post. What alternative to this course of action was there? Meekly refund the money without any objection? Or refuse to refund? Had she not stepped outside to remonstrate would the blacks not have come inside and the same scenario played out? Sorry, I can understand not responding to blacks' gratuitous provocations in the street, but this was a business deal.
