Immigration/ Civil War Update

“The last thing the open-borders Left wants is for you to talk openly about immigration and who should be permitted to live here.”

“The open-borders crowd doesn’t want to talk about that, though, and it wants to call you racist if you’re opposed to a deluge of immigrants from the worst places on earth. That’s why Trump’s “s***holes” objection is big news rather than the fact there are so-called political leaders who can’t agree to reorient our immigration policy toward taking people who can successfully assimilate here.”

“Between the two, the crude man who tells the truth and looks out for his own citizens is preferable to the genteel man who sells us out for cheap labor or ballot-box fuel for a political machine. If Trump is the former, so be it.”

“I will be your champion.”

Civil War Update.

It begins…The Second American Revolution.

"Well, it's been ungovernable for a long time. High taxes, education, you name it, and we're rated around 48th or 50th from a business climate and standpoint in California," said founder Robert Paul Preston.”

“The state of New California would incorporate most of the state's rural counties, leaving the urban coastal counties to the current state of California.”

“…But unlike other separation movements in the past, the state of New California wants to do things by the book, citing Article 4, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution and working with the state legislature to get it done, similar to the way West Virginia was formed.”

Constitution of the United States, Article IV, Section 3: “New States may be admitted by the Congress into this Union; but no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any other State be formed by the junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress.”

The New California movement wants to create a new state with the Union. Keep in mind that nothing in the Constitution says that states are prohibited from succeeding, leaving the Union altogether, OR that the Federal government may not use force to prevent states from succeeding.

“There can be no such things as a successful traitor, for if one succeeds he becomes a founding father.”

Here's a Cali fun fest! Location: Anaheim, along the Santa Ana River. (Orange County USED to be a rock-ribbed bastion of all-white Republican conservatism. USED to be...)

You know there are several things we can do besides having a civil war or seceding or anything dramatic like that. The Republicans would just have to get some balls. First we make sure all voters have some qualifications, high school diploma or equivalent, maybe pay a certain amount of property taxes, the actual numbers are not so important. The idea is that the voter have some skin in the game. Be a taxpayer or retired taxpayer who has put into the system instead of just receiving. This was ruled against by the Supreme court but this ruling can be tossed in the trash by a 51% vote in the House and Senate. Federal judges can be told what their jurisdiction is. It's written right into the Constitution.

“…In all the other cases before mentioned, the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make…”

“…with such exceptions, and under such regulations as the Congress shall make…” The important part. The earlier part declares what powers they have but it ends with control of these functions by Congress. Congress could tell them to butt out of any Homosexual marriage rulings. They could do that with with lots of stuff they keep ramming down our throats. They could be stuck with only deciding water rights cases between States if they push too hard to SJW the Constitution to death.

Federal judges, once again, have ruled that in the States there can only be representatives based on proportional representation of the population. Before they had representation in the Senates of most States based on regions and population based in the House. Just like the Federal government structure. This change gives more power to urban areas. It too can be thrown out. This would allow the rural area to have power that balances the SJW cities.
