Ghetto Grocer/Dindu updates with Jeremy & James

One Baltimore area supermarket chain just got busted for selling a pack of cigarettes to a police cadet. So the company has declared that all cigarette sales must require an ID check. Since about a third of dindus do not carry IDs, they are declaring this to be racially targeted discrimination against blacks, even though the only person harmed was the white cashier who lost her job for selling a pack of cigarettes to an 18-year-old without checking his ID.

Jeremy, do you fail to see the injustice in this? You know these four POCs were just operating under the mind-control of some white crime boss—probably Billy Bob Thornton.

The plaintiff is suing for damages for hurt and humiliation with a minimum figure of $4,000 or a maximum of three times "actual damages". But here's the kicker:

"Unless defendant is restrained by a permanent injunction, Plaintiff will suffer great and irreparable injury in that she will continue to suffer shame, humiliation, and mental suffering. Plaintiff has no adequate remedy at law because pecuniary damages would not afford adequate relief."
