For the past two weeks I have been unable to walk, or to sit or stand long enough to write. Therefore, this first day seemingly on the mend, I am using to address the unattended mailbox, which will go unattended for another week, as well as certain commitments I may not be able to honor.

For those who have purchased ebooks and sent donations, thank you. I'll send your complimentary pdf when I can do emails again. Emails are done on a separate machine and I can't haul two laptops until the knee heals.
It does not look like I will be making my way west of the Mississippi until September. In any case, I can't buy the train tickets until I'm able to get to Penn Station in West Baltimore by bus. When I can do that I will schedule the escape from the Evil East for 8 weeks from that date.
Thanks to the numerous folks here and remotely who have helped me access medical care and have transported my gimp ass over these past 2 weeks.
