Tactically, the mission was amazing despite the helicopter crash and the change-of-plans. The movie "Zero Dark Thirty" showcases advances in close quarter battle (CQB), and optics and shows some rare low radar cross section (RCS) helicopters used for the insertion.
They killed Bin Laden. Well done! Meanwhile, law and order are breaking down back home. California is now a safe haven for international crime gangs. We have billboards up on freeways attempting to educate the public on child trafficking. We did not see these billboards 30 years ago. Muslims continue to stream into the country leading to more terrorist attacks. Law and order break down in the cities down with the black lives matter movement. When servicemen take an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, why are we never deployed domestically when 99% of our enemies are domestic with more every day?
These SOF actions in foreign countries seem so pointless given the above. Yes, a bad man was killed, but if OBL is anything like his father Sheikh Bin Laden, he has dozen of sons to take his place. Can't we secure the homeland instead of piddling in foreign shitholes?

I don't believe this. The guy may have believed he shot Bin Laden but I don't think he did. Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik said he saw Bin Laden's medical records and he he had a disease that Laden could have no way survived. Most all the other people in the raid died. Many people believed they were assassinated. The circumstances of their death was very wishy washy. Pieczenik is a Jew and you know what I think about Jews but he's one I generally believe. I certainly believe him over Obama and all the odd circumstances surrounding Ladens so called death.
