Seemingly inspired by the same snowy East Coast winter that triggered my serial and upcoming novelette, Winter, Joseph recently completed this icy illustration. I believe he will be inking in the color and selling this piece as a painting and prints. Joseph was kind enough to permit Charles and I to use this pre-color version, for a modest fee, as a graphic for the upcoming Winter PDF, slated for release in early 2015. The title is from the narrative segment of Mars’ Speculum, Chapter 3 of Winter: The Shades of Emeralda Ire.
