Thunderbird
I bought three copies today, and I found it funny that amazon wouldn’t let me post my review online. Said I violated the rules. Ha. I’ve hardly bought anything from ‘em ever, and yet today they’re suggesting Gadsden flags, plastic helmets, patriotic t-shirts and various other sundry items that your upstanding white conservative man on the street might need.
This proves to me that they lumped you into the alt-right shit shelf, and also, that someone out there is rooting for political violence.
These are the same assholes who were recommending roofing nails and pressure cookers at a discount when buying certain chemicals from their online marketplace.

Tony, this is very interesting.
CreateSpace just suppressed a Lebanese-English dictionary by an associate of Talib.
Of my 4 suppressed titles, three diferent methods were used.
I have also received various phony notifications that my banking information is wrong, which is just a ruse to delay payment and starve me out of my cardboard box, I suppose.
There is no systemic protocols for book suppression it seems, but rather an open season free for all for the literary scalps of any writers who are not SYSTEM advocates, which apparently permits free agents in and out of the sanctioning information monopoly to take shots at approved targets.
This is so fascinating and your account adds another piece to the jigsaw puzzle of lies, harassment, literary validation and free advertising that is postmodern privatized censorship. It cracks me up, that with all of those libertarians that argued about privatization of government functions, now having either joined the political Left or Right, that the Left is utilizing Libertarian means to engineer social conformity. This is a template shattering paradigm shift and I do not know of anyone who predicted it in the 80s when privatization was at the forefront of serious socio-political discussion.
And, we might want to remind the reader that Thunderbird is nothing but a wild fantasy about native American warriors journeying to current America to exact vengeance on the Whiteman for taking their land.

I dunno, Nixon and others in high positions knew the score way back. They also knew well enough to keep their private views private.

Crumb got it right in his cartoons. And probably thought he got away with it, too.

Sadly, the main libertarian voices have ceded all moral authority to shrill minority groups. One of the last redoubts of Old School libertarianism has this as part of its mission statement:
"Politically and culturally, we are some of America's dead, huddling together here in The Last Ditch.
We're a jumbled bunch of old bones — defunct revolutionaries, shell-shocked reactionaries, failures of the regime's schooling system, American Dreamers who died hard, misfits all. There are even a few of us still dreaming who might protest — like the uncooperative plague victim in the Monty Python film — "I'm not dead yet!"
But we're dead, all right — because of the handful of values we hold in common. We're all individualists. We all love liberty. We all mourn the civilization of the West. And because of those things we have become ghosts in our own land."
I read it years ago and it affected me profoundly. The years have proved them right.

Must be low level SJWs at amazon who were interfering with LaFond's books.
Vox has encountered it frequently, and fought back effectively, getting the perpetrator fired.
@ Sam J.:
Exactly. Could be Der Stürmer. I'm surprised he hasn't met a grisly end. The more time passes, the less like caricatures they become.
