Postmortem Hate Training Log

10:26-11-25 AM: walk 4 miles, dehydrated at 3
11:40 AM: 3 eggs scrambled with sausage, spinach, tomato and cheese, 2 tablespoons probiotic vinegar, 3 table spoons nutritional yeast, 1 tablespoon coconut shreds
1:40-2:20 PM: picked green beans from garden
2:30- 2:53 PM: stump cleaving…
250 1.5 beat one-handed axe strokes with lateral and shift movement
50 1 beat, two-handed axe strokes without movement
104 1 beat machete strokes with movement, lateral shift and triangular
Despite being pre-fatigued my machete strokes all sunk deeper than the axe-strokes, which I attribute to the incurved butt of the hilt which gives purchase for flexor-contraction on impact
7 axe strokes, 4 with the left hand and 3 with the right, were turned due to poor wrist stability
Median penetration was 2 inches into fresh cut pine, maximum 2.5 with the axe and 3 with the machete.
3:14-45 PM: walk 2 miles, dehydrate at 1.5
5:00 PM: ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
6:00-6: 1 mile walk
6:30-9:30 PM: 10 shots of tequila, 2 limes, salt, water
10-10:30 PM: 1 mile walk

Ahh, would you believe I thought it was whey?

Besides the people pouring it were very pleasant company.

I was lucky I didn't end up in a ditch as drunk as I got doing this on an empty stomach and staggering home on the berm of that country highway.

It really slowed my training down today, so I think club soda should replace half of those shots next time.
