3:30-3:58 PM: one-handed axe and stump drills while speaking with Lynn on the Obama phone about a podcast outline
3:59-4:00 PM: Two-handed axe strokes for speed
4:01-4:02 PM: one-handed rodando and tip dump strokes to the stump top with aluminum bat
5:45 PM: beef patty, 2 sausages, 2 cups cauliflower, 3 slices red onion, 1 oz cheese
7:45-8:15 PM: plyos, 3 sets of 15 hammer fists [total 45 with each hand], 20 pushups, waist rolls, calf stretches
9:00 PM: 2 oz cheese, tablespoon horseradish
