4:00 PM: cup each, radishes, dill pickle, cauliflower, ½ shallot
5:00 PM: burger, slice of cheese, cup of green beans, slice of tomato, cup of Persian cucumber
6:59-7:36: bag and shadow work, with hands, stick, bat and ice scraper, alternating rounds, with Indian club drills with axe, jumping jacks, high steps, waist rolls and plyos, no rest between rounds
