11:00 PM: 3 eggs, 1 sausage, ½ avocado
12:22-2:50 PM: walked 10 miles, stretched 30 seconds every 2 miles, stopped because of blistering on the 4th toe of the right foot
4:00-6:00 PM: picked Oregon grapes, a low holly shrub that requires bending at the waist, figured I could get some berries and stretch my hams at the same time
6:00 PM: 2 slices of smoked beef roast, cup of squash, cup of roasted tomato and mushroom
That's hard as nails.
And my right Achilles work me up this morning screaming"No fitness, no marches!"
