9:25-40 PM: axe work [about hundred strokes, tricep extensors wit axe, plyos, waist rolls
11:00 AM: 4 eggs, 4 slices bacon, 2 sausage patties
2:27-342 PM: walked 8 miles, in 7.5th mile attacked
3:39 PM: attacked by 4 dogs across a busy highway, lead dog 110-pound hound charging for a high drag-down the other three flanking half-heatedly . I countermarched and when he got close enough to bite for my groin or leap for my face, I stepped in for a soccer kick to his chest and he winced enough for me to draw my knife and step back as the smaller dogs circled. As the knife came out in my right hand the right dog bolted. As the sheath came clear in my left hand the left dog bolted. The big dog kept lunging low and high alternately for my groin and face as I held the knife wide for an inward stab and rip cut as I safety pivoted right. At this point a frantic female owner’s screams finally got the dog to retreat and tractor trailer, dump truck and SUV all stopped for the dog to retreat across the highway..
3:45-51 PM: Axe: 3 one-and-a-half-beat rounds of shift strokes and roof redondos and pass strokes, and 1 half-beat standing two-handed strokes, and 1 round of single-beat pass and shift strokes, 2 sets of triceps extension with axe, 1 set of controlled air stokes with the scabbard on
3:52-59 PM: 2 rounds of close power stick strokes with movement and checking hand, 1 round of pa strikes and pass slaps, and 1 round of bare-knuckle punches to the heavy bag
7:00 PM: 6 oz burger, 6 avocado slices, 3 tomato slices, 2 leafs of romain
9:00 PM: 3 shots whiskey
10:30 PM: 3 oz cheese, 2 walnuts
"11:00 AM: 4 eggs, 4 slices bacon, 2 sausage patties
...
3:39 PM: attacked by 4 dogs"
Your fault for triggering them, James, with all that bacon and sausage patties. I'm sure if confronted, the owner would say "MY dogs would NEVER do something like that!"
They attacked me twice today, once 5 dogs and then 8 dogs! No shit.
I need to rub down with soy milk before walking...
