1:45 PM: lettuce, tomato, dressing and 2 meatballs
4:00-7:00 PM: packing and stacking the basement contents of a house for moving
7:30 PM: 10 ounces sausage, 10 ounces cauliflower
8:00-8:14 PM: walked a mile through Baltimore alleys with a polyethylene axe—no shit. The hoodrats left me alone.
Thursday
2:00-15 PM: walked a mile
3:15 PM: pork chop, head of romaine lettuce, handful of almonds, 4 ounces cream cheese
6:15-35 PM: walked 2 miles
6:45-8:15 PM: plyos, footwork drills and bag work at the boxing gym about 1,000 punches
Weighed 190 pounds, 38 down from August 14
8:15-45 PM: walked 2 miles

We just moved 18 miles and 2000' lower in elevation and have gone from daily highs of about 60 degrees to 75-80. It's nice. Some big as hills to walk but nice nonetheless.

If I didn't kill a cold one for each of your successes do you think I would lose weight faster?

The polyethylene axe had us in stitches. I notice we spell axe the same. You have noticed spell check gets all over that but I know when we were kids it was axe.

I have been drinking just a little this week and it stopped my weight loss.
