12:40-1:10 PM: walked 1.5 miles with full pack

2:45 PM: weighed 184.2 pounds, was a little dehydrated so am placing my hydrated weight at 186
3:00 PM: 2 sausages, 5 ounces cauliflower, 2 cups lettuce, almond dressing
5:00-5:20: walked a mile—hauling a case of beer and bottle of proper Irish whiskey for the last half
7:30 PM: walked ½ mile, 3 miller lites, 4 battered bass fillets
