Monday 25
1:30 PM: handful sunflower seeds
1:44-3:28 PM: walked around a Pennsylvania town
3:30 PM: 2 miller lite beers, 6 fried cheese sticks
7:30 PM: 10 ounces riced cauliflower, slice of cheese, 12 ounces broccoli florets, tablespoon butter
Tuesday 26
10:45-11:15 AM: mulched flower beds
11:31AM -12:08 PM: walked 2 miles with full pack on street, highway an through brush on the far side of te guard raik to avoid being crushed by trucks
12:45-2:00 PM: hiked in a county park with full pack, 1/3 on, up or down hills
3:00-4:00 PM: walked in the same county park, only on easy tracks
6:30 PM: antipasto salad
Wednesday 27
12:00 PM: 2 ounces ground beef, slice of tomato, tablespoon sour cream
12:40-1:10 PM: walked 1.5 miles with full pack
1:15-2:30 PM: insulated water pipes
2:45 PM: weighed 184.2 pounds, was a little dehydrated so am placing my hydrated weight at 186
3:00 PM: 2 sausages, 5 ounces cauliflower, 2 cups lettuce, almond dressing
5:00-5:20: walked a mile—hauling a case of beer and bottle of proper Irish whiskey for the last half
7:30 PM: walked ½ mile, 3 miller lites, 4 battered bass fillets
Thursday 28
11:00 AM: 3 slices bacon, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, handful walnuts and pecans
5-11:00 PM: cauliflower and sausage stuffing, cornbread and sausage stuffing, turkey, sour kraut, 6 beer, 6 shots of whiskey is how I fell off the paleo wagon…
Friday 29
11:00 AM: 2 eggs, cheese, radishes and onion.
7:00 PM: 2 lamb burgers, 2 cups cauliflower, cup cashews, cup humus
Saturday 30
3:00 PM: 4 ounces cheese, 2 cups cauliflower, half cup mushrooms, with sour cream and mayonnaise, 1 cup peanuts, 1 miller lite beer
5:30-50 PM: walked 1.5 miles with full pack
