General McChrystal is certainly a man who has conducted a briefing or two. His presentation, when compared with other lectures on TED Talks, shows the difference between a man who gets things done under stress, and people who have a lot of time to think about their actions. I was impressed that The General admitted to massive civilian collateral damage in Iraq, and that he came down in neutral territory where leakers were concerned. This is a little over seven minutes on why it doesn’t really matter who knows what, but rather if anyone among the few who can and will act on that information with effect, have it in a timely fashion.
You don’t have to agree with America’s Global Orwellian War to be impressed by the men who wage it.
