Sunday 1
11:00 AM: 2 ounces mixed nuts
5:00 PM: head of romaine, 3 small tomatoes, 1 red pepper, vinegar and olive oil, 2 sausages, half onion, 4 cloves garlic
Eh, that wasn’t much of a penance…
Monday 2
12:15 PM: 4.5 ounces of salted cashews
3:40-4:00 PM: walked 1.5 miles
4:00-4:30 PM: hauling trash, packing back packs
4:30-5:00 PM: walked 1.5 miles with a full pack and a backpack full of books
5:15 PM: 10 ounces cauliflower, half an onion, 4 cloves garlic, 5 ounces country ham, 5 ounces cheese
That was too much, I’m actually full.
Tuesday 3
Maybe I’ll actually get some work in today. The eye seizures have been constant, so I’ve been sleeping instead of training and writing.
Fasting.
Drinking coffee and tea with 3 drops cocoa butter and 2 drops mct oil, and 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast and ginkgo to promote what will hopefully be my first big writing day in some time.
9:41-10:02 AM: 1.5 miles with full pack
10:58-12:04 PM: 4 miles with half pack
12:18-1:01 PM: 1.5 miles with half pack
1:38-2:10 PM: 1.5 miles with full pack
3:35-4:04 PM: 1.5 miles with half pack
8:13-8:40 PM: 1.5 miles with full pack
9:00 PM: 1ounce pork rinds, 2 ounces sunflower seeds
Didn’t write shit.
Wednesday 4
10:59 AM to 12:48 PM: walked 8.5 miles
1:20 PM: 1 pork rind, 2 teaspoons marmite, ½ ounce cheese
2:38-2:59 PM: walked 1.5 miles with half pack
4:43 – 5:06 PM: walked 1.5 miles with half pack
6:00 PM: 1 ounce [160 calories] of pork rinds, 1 cup mixed nuts, 3 cocoa butter morsels
Thursday 5
1:10 AM: 1 cocoa butter morsel
10:00-11:30 AM: floor exercises, plyos
12:30 PM: 1 cocoa butter morsel
2:30-4:30 PM: packed books and clothes and hauled groceries
5:30 PM: 6 eggs, 6 slices bologna, 6 cloves garlic, half onion, 6 small chili peppers, 12 ounces blueberries, 12 ounces coconut cream
Friday 6
11:00 AM: 2 cocoa butter morsels in coffee of course
12:30 PM: 2 sausages, can of green beans, drank the waters
2:20-3:00 PM: yardwork and housework
3:59-4:10 PM: marched 1.5 miles
4:11-4:17 PM: packed backpack
4:18-4:33 PM: walked 1 mile with full pack
4:40-8:30 Pm: 3 miller lite beers, 1 lager, 2 porters, 5 ounces cheese, 4 tablespoons horseradish, 2 pads of Irish butter in coffee of course, 1 ounce of pork rinds
Saturday 7th
10:00-11:30 AM: 1 cocoa butter morsel, 1 teaspoon unsalted butter in coffee
11:30 AM: weighed 182 pounds
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: housework, packing back packs
1:30-3:00 PM: floor exercises, plyos
5:00 PM: half roasted chicken, 5 cups sugar free gelatin, 12 ounces coconut cream, 5 ounces blue berries
