Sunday 8
11:00 AM: 2 ounces butter
11:30 AM: 1-pound ground turkey, 2 heads fried garlic, half red onion
12:00-1:30 PM: light housework
2:15-3:43 PM: hiked 5 miles in full pack, with carried half pack
7:30-11:00 PM: 4 ounces cheese, 2 ounces pepperoni, 2 ounces artichokes, 3 miller lite beers
Monday 9
11:00 AM: walked 1 mile
3:00 PM: salad with dressing
3:30 PM: 3 cups beef broth
5:30 PM: 3 fried breaded pork chops, c ups cauliflower, cup broccoli
Tuesday 10
10:00 AM: 2 eggs, 1-ounce cheese, 4 slices bacon
3:30 PM: 3 meat balls with sauce
10:00 PM to 1:00 AM: 4 miller lite beers, 2 pork chops, 1 avocado, 4 ounces cheese
Wednesday 11
11:14-34 AM: 1.3-mile walk
1:03-1:25 PM: 1.3-mile walk
4:00 PM: small salad
8:30 PM: miller lite beer and medium salad with chicken strips
Thursday 12
8:30 – 9:05 AM: floor exercises
11:45 AM: cup roasted chicken, half pound fried bacon, half-cup horseradish
2:45 PM: 2 cups ground beef fried in bacon fat, 1 onion
Friday 13
2:30 – 6:30 PM: cleaned the apartment of Mister Grey
6:30 PM: 5 ounces smoked herring, 2 small avocados, 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, ½ cup mayonnaise, 6 cups cabbage, 7 cloves garlic
Saturday 14
3:00 AM: 7 slices lunchmeat, 7 slices cheese, two handfuls mixed nuts
1:15-3:30 PM: coached a boxer
6:00 PM to 3:30 AM: ate potato chips, walnuts and sour cream dip, drank 2 miller lights and 7 glasses of 7% Christmas draft
Oops, this turned into the Hemmingway weekend.
Must get monastic next week.
