8:00-9:30 AM: walked 4 miles
9:45-10:05 AM: walked 1.5 miles
10:05 AM-12:15 PM: horse cleaning
12:15 – 1:32 PM: walked 5 miles
2:00 PM: half bottle port wine, 2 potato slices, 1/3 chicken breast, 3 squash slices, 4 asparagus
7:00 PM: 10 ounces blueberries, 13 ounces coconut milk
Tuesday 24
1:00 PM: burger, gravy, 2 union slices, green beans, butter in my coffee
3:00 PM: cup of ground beef, 7 cloves garlic
7:30 PM: steak, green beans, mushrooms
Wednesday 25
12:00 to 3:00 AM: creamer in my 4 cups coffee, 2 miller lite beers, 1 IPA beer
4:00 PM: ground beef, onion, garlic, cauliflower, cheese-ranch dip, 2 Miller lite beers
Thursday 26
6:00 AM: creamer in my coffee
1:30 PM: coffee with creamer, salad with avocado and tahini
8:30 PM: cup of chili, 3 ounces pork rinds, trapist beer, German beer
10:12-11:03 PM: floor exercises
Friday 27
12:45; turkey and cabbage, 2 cups, 2 trapist beers, a trapist style quad beer—Mescaline Franklin made me drink it…!
3:04 pm: Trappiest beer
2 ounces pork rinds
Saturday 28
12:00 PM: 2 tablespoons of cream in coffee,
1:10 PM: 2 eggs, cup of sausage, ½ fried onion
5:30 PM: tablespoon sweet cream in coffee
7:00-7:30 PM: floor exercises
10:00 PM: cup of cashews, 6 cups raw cauliflower, ½ cup sour cream
1:00 PM: a miller lite beer
