Here is the YouTube link for the Joe Rogan ep:
I have been hoping to learn more about the cartels and also look to the future of a merged US and Mexico. I would love to hear you prophesy about it and others would too.

This video is too long for me to listen to concerning a subject I have no concern with, simply a just-spent curiosity.
Lynn, if anyone wants to know what I think about the future of Mexican-American relations, they will have to read Ghost Snatcher, my recently completed novelette set in 2048 America of the Social Justice Wars.
If you want to know what the U.S. Goboment thinks, I reference a C-Span video from a few years ago in which Senator Diane Grimestine was giving a Homeland Security briefing and asked her intern to show a map of "the homeland" with the homeland shaded green, discussing the terror attacks stopped that year. The green portions of the map labelled "the Homeland" consisted of Canada, the U.S. and Mexico.
The map was hastily handled in someway which I recall suggesting an "oops" moment.

Lynn,

I'm not sure which LatAm country your family is from but Mexico is a far darker place than it used to be. The Cartel activity has already spilled across the border and I think the US Southwest will be de facto Mexico in the coming two decades if not sooner since we have so much in-fighting and since the US southwest is filling up with Mexicans. I think crime impunity (the failure to catch and prosecute crimes) will go up in the coming decades as it is already doing. In short, it will be Mexico. Mexico is one of the most dangerous countries in the world to be a Christian and one of the most murderous.

I predict our government will do nothing about this, as it has done for 5 decades.

Ed Calderon is into Lloyd De Jongh!

This "conspiracy" has been long in the works. That piece linked above has a tut tuting tone that reassures the reader that their eyes are indeed untrustworthy.

It reminds me of the birthday celebration for 50 years of the European Union where Europeans asked themselves "wait the EU was established when?"

Seems we weren't invitees to the wedding between our overlords and the neighboring plantation owner's issue.

While the North American continent makes sense as a trading bloc, politically the western experiment with central control is coming apart, both in Europe and North America.

Mexico itself is defacto two countries as the cartels rule a major section and have the authorities back on their heels.

The next economic crash.... wheels will be coming off a lot of systems.

I happened to catch that YT vid, with Ed Calderone. It popped up in my feed. I never watch or listen to Joe Rogan, and was quite surprised to find how popular that guy is. Anyway, I found that one episode fascinating. I saw another one concerning the Mormons in Mexico, to include "Mittens" Romney's family. If I can find the video again, I will post the link here somewhere.

thank you Lynn for all you do, and Mr. Lafond as well.

best,

Larry
