I just finished proofing Beasts of Arуas, the sequel to the yet-to-be-published Sons of Arуas.
It runs 117,465 words over 346 pages. It's in huge print so i can see it. It has only been proofed by me, so it certainly has typos.
Plantation America history books are getting published 18 months after completion. Ancient history, since it doesn't sell at all, is going to take 2 years to see print.
