‘How Did You Get In Here?’
A White Wednesday Special: Terry Discovers the Tactical Subtext of Life Courtesy of the Hard Work of Hoodrat Education Ltd.

On Friday, Terry, a woman I am close to, who tends to regard me as an uncomfortably hateful speaker on the nature of the oppressed individuals that her company recruits from the ghetto, came to me in a negatively excited state.
She works for a doctor in a medical center administered by a vast medical/educational corporate entity.
The office of her female doctor closes at 4, as does the remainder of the facility—with the exception of a small care center.
At 3:55 she told Tannika, their temp from the city, “a really sweet girl, not one of these people you describe in your crazy books,” that she was going to the ATM.
At 4 Terry returns, locks the door, says goodbye to Tannika, who is free to let herself out as the door will lock behind her so long as she pulls it shut, lays her wallet on her desk, and walks back to Dr. Gupta’s office to see if anything else is needed of her before she meets that dashing urban violence author and critically acclaimed novelist for dinner…
At 4:05 p.m. Terry returns to her desk to see a young black man wearing a mask—of the kind that patients with respiratory complaints are now directed to wear when waiting for care, and which are available for free at the front door. Terry asks the man, “How did you get in here?”
The man “darted” out the front door.
As Terry checked to see if her wallet was still at her desk, finding that it was, but that it was empty of cash, she noticed a second young black man with mask walking through Doctor Gupta’s work area and out the back door.
Terry called security. The security guard does not come on duty until 4. He told her not to confront thieves in the future. Terry called Tannika, and asked her if she saw any suspicious characters, to which Tannika answered that she saw two black men pass her in the hallway as she left.
Terry, Doctor Gupta, and the management, are astonished that these men were able to gain access to their secured facility, and have surmised that the locks were picked by two men apparently working way below their pay grade, as locksmiths make much more than petty thieves.
Terry asked me what I thought of the situation, so, I summoned uranium tears shed by mutant Iraqi babies imbedded for pitiless eternity in the hateful Nordic sky to rain upon her liberal love parade.
“The company does not care about your security. The guard is there—based on his schedule—to secure the facility only. He could not possibly be effective at detecting breaches like this unless he was scheduled to begin his shift at least a half hour before closing. Petty criminals have few skills, with none ever known to possess lock picking skills—note the complete absence of picked locks in the two-hundred businesses looted during our recent purge.
“In retail food outlets, and in entertainment venues, where I have been in charge of security and security personnel, I have noted only two methods by which criminals gain access to a facility, or valuable-bearing staff: most commonly an employee provides intelligence or entry; least commonly is an accomplice on the inside posing as a customer and using a cell phone—even sending pictures of the intended victim.”
Terry’s worldview was dissolving under the uranium tear rain as she said, “You don’t think it could have been Tannika? We are out in the county, and she’s such a good girl—takes the bus out of the city and is so nice.”
A smart enough lady, Terry sat there with woe-painted cheeks, realizing that she had just answered her own question, so I tried to assure her that her black friend was beyond the reach of the enfeebled arm of the law.
“If she did purposely let the door shut without latching, her part is absolutely deniable. Her admission to seeing these two black men there, suspiciously attired, after hours, and not confronting them—as a dedicated black female employee almost always will—is both an admission and a legally sustainable denial of her involvement, so long as neither of her accomplices give her up, and they have scant reason to. When I managed Ghetto Grocer Inc., I had two kinds of black female employees: the ones that called those two gun-armed goons to hit my co-manager when he left with the money, and the kind that would come running to me and say, ‘Mister Jimmy, that hoodlum over there is up to no good and you need to whoop his black ass.’
Suburban whites seem to think that urban blacks are mostly the same; one dominant majority type with a tiny counter-culture; either innocent children of the state and victims of oppression sprinkled with a few criminals, or a vast herd of rabid criminals sprinkled with a few decent folk. The fact is that urban blacks in Baltimore show a wider range of behavioral and moral standards than their white counterparts in the suburbs.
People who have had it relatively easy, such as Terry, tend to walk a compromising, tolerant middle road, throughout their uneventful lives. But people who have come up hard—alternately spoiled and brutalized by their Slave Master the State—in a hazardous environment, they pick sides. While they might attempt to conceal themselves in the gray moral middle ground while at rest, when it comes to opportunities for action, such people will inevitably choose the darkness or the light, not wanting to be a passive object, but rather the dynamic actor.

James, once again you bring up an excellent point on personal security: a great many successful crimes committed against businesses are enabled by insider information/ assistance. As often as not the insider who betrays the business to criminals is the one the employer is least likely to suspect: i.e. the “nice” one, the “good worker” and/or the female. For example, as one investigator observed, if you want to find the embezzler in your business just look for the middle-aged woman who everybody likes. You know, the one who bakes cookies and cake for everyone. People are more likely to suspect men of theft than they are women, aren’t they? But women are just as likely to lie and steal as men. Just as desirous of wealth and status and access to an easy life. They also are just as likely to get into serious debt because of dope, gambling, living outside their means or whatever, and thereby become in need of acquiring additional money, by any means necessary. It never ceases to amaze me how many people believe it would be less shameful to commit a crime than it would be to declare bankruptcy. I imagine that being a good Liberal, it was especially hard for Terry to suspect Tannika, since in her paradigm that would force her to accept a racial stereotype to which observant Liberals are not supposed to subscribe, wouldn’t it? Hence her cognitive dissonance on the matter (speaking of stereotypes, it appears there is a Dr. Gupta in every city now, doesn’t it? I must imagine that the surname will eventually become a title in America as it once was in India, as in “The Gupta will see you now”. It does mean “governor/ protector” after all). But who else could have let the thieves in? As you say James, thieves who can pick locks exist mostly on TV and in the movies (In fact, if you suspect someone has picked the locks to gain entry to your establishment, there is an even chance you are being investigated by the government).

Keep in mind that nearly all your employees, especially Millennial’s, have been thoroughly indoctrinated by their Leftist teachers in the Marxist doctrine that retail business owners are bigger crooks than street criminals, since the business owners overcharge their customers for the necessities of life (all profit is an unnecessary overcharge according to Marxist doctrine, you understand), whereas street criminals are just trying to survive in an unjust society were wealth is unequally distributed. Therefore, your employees are likely to believe that it is not immoral to steal from you. Once they become aware that the Hindus in America are, as a group, even wealthier than the Jews, well watch out!

In addition to the counter-reconnaissance program we discussed in “White Wednesday War Drums” (04/29/2015), businesses are in need of a counter-espionage/counter-subversion program to protect themselves from the enemies within. So James, based on your experience, are there any “tells” one can use to identify the insiders? What is the best way to neutralize or otherwise deal with the insiders once they are discovered (either before or after the robbery)?
