Jack Perry is quick becoming one of my favorite columnists. Ishmael links me articles he thinks fit in with my writing scheme, for which I am thankful. I find the Government: An Equal-Opportunity Tyrant, to be one of his better pieces. It has been obvious to me, since my dimwitted childhood—pre-cognitive, as I was, in the ways of adults ganging up on kids and playing us off against each other, and the government obviously having the parental role over adults—that the morons who came on line before I did are grossly complicit in their own enslavement and deserve to be walked up the meat-chute of the soul. That final sentiment—yes, dear, I am sentimental, after-all—is surely not favored by Jack, who seems to lack my misanthropic dysfunction. However, his use of the tyrannical teacher anecdotes from his adolescence rang a poignant bell in my brain, and was hilarious as well.
