Last night, after dark, and a trip down to the Hoodmart to get groceries, the streets were full of people, children, drunken teens, yelling and arguing, postponing the first open window rest of the dying winter. Last winter, when the weather broke, it was not like this. We did not have mobs of hoodrats occupying secondary street sidewalks, congregating in the middle of side streets.

By the way, the picture on the video link below was taken ten months ago in my home town, on North Avenue. None of these people were arrested, charged or sought by authorities, telling me that they were doing White Daddy's bidding.
