‘These Oregano Traffickers!’
Jack's Official Marijuana Legalization Article By Jack Perry

First, I would like to note that in Baltimore, oregano constitutes half of the pot you buy from black dudes, and garlic powder like 20% of the coke and “heron.” I like Jack’s point on this issue, but would suggest that a totalitarian government will never let its subjects have unsupervised access to thought-affecting substances. Our thoughts are supposed to belong to them. In my un-drugged mind, for I have never fathomed why people want to mess with their brain chemistry, the litmus tests of a State, as pro-human or anti-human, are:
1. Does the State tax the subjects? If so, they are evil.
2. Does the state restrict access to mind-enhancing, or altering agents? If so, evil again.
3. Does the State reserve the right to use lethal force? If so, even more evil.
4. Does the State force its subjects to use force on others. If so, all the more evil.
5. If the State answers yes to all of the above it is 100% malevolent, a force for the extinguishment of humanity.
Thanks, Ishmael, for keeping me current on Jack’s work.
