‘The Special Project’
Nokia Wants to Know what is Up with the Blues Music on the Links Page

Last night at work, a young coworker revealed that she has been reading up on JamesWhiteDaddyLaFond.com…
“Hello, Mister Jim. Okay, I like your site and all—and you are funny as hell. I get the trance writin’ stuff since you posted the YouTube links for the music you listen to while writin’ certain things—like that weird Viking metal shit for the Park Heights Christmas Story. But, even though I’m keepin’ up with your stories I see nothing about Stevie Ray, Clapton and you even got Santana on there. Watchyou workin’ on, Mister Jim?
“Are you workin’ on a special project?
“What’s the title?
“How long’s it gonna take?
“You know you done spoiled us all by givin’ your hints and soundtrack.
“So what kind a project is it—is it a big book? Or do you listen to that kind of music when you write Poet—which you do have to admit you’ve been takin’ a minute on?”
-Nokia
I promise more Poet this weekend!
Yes, Nokia, I am working on a special project, a confidential project, as it is a collaboration, so I can’t give away the title.
I work on the Special Project once a week for about two hours.
The Special Project is an easy read and isn’t very big, standing five feet even, and measuring 36, 24, 34.
The Special Project’s favorite album is The Slow Blues by Stevie Ray Vaughan, but Clapton or Santana will do.
Thank you for your concern, Nokia.
