Jack Donovan has really been upping his STW schedule and, with this podcast, has gotten completely out of the meathead zone with a science-based approach to interacting with nature.

Mark Lummio is such a commonsense man it is refreshing, particularly his tool-kit doctrine. The tool segment should be listened to a couple of times. The tarp-based campsite is what I always used back when I was a young guy getting out of the city, and back then I relied on an Australian-based Bushcraft book that didn’t address American vegetation. Mark's examination of Modern Western man's antagonist relationship with nature being rooted in Near Eastern desert theology was equally refreshing.
