You know, people never believed me when I told them that I have been on a bus into which hoodrats have leaped from the sidewalk and climbed in through the windows.

This might seem like stunning athleticism but rarely translates to combative efficiency. Hoodrats are more like gibbons than chimps for the most part.

The architecture of those row houses is stunning. Beautiful. I wonder if you couldn't, not that I could afford it, buy a block of those. Rehab them where you have a steel roll up gate in the lower floor you drive the car in. Roll up steel windows or shutters. Barb wire on the roof. Maybe hire a little private security, rent a few of the houses to shop keepers. Make a little compound. Not so different than the defensible houses like in Italy. Slowly take over block by block. The infrastructure of the city is far higher than being used.
Of course they would probably tax you to death so I guess that wouldn't work. I had an Aunt that lived in New Jersey and her property taxes were higher than her house payments. She had to sell the house because of taxes.
The plan among the powerful is to empty these sections of vermin by sending them to subsidized housing units in suburbia and then move in and gentrify it. the long term vision is of gleaming cities surrounded by ghettos.
In the meanwhile, those whites who toughed it out and stayed behind suffer huge tax increases and must sell and move out to the suburban ghetto.
