Among Sniveling Kind
Preface to a A Brief Primer on Leashing Bitches and Running Bitch-Boys

Yesterday, a good friend who forever suffers the slings and arrows of his wench, in keeping with his loyalty to American cultural standards, seemed bemused that I would not ever tolerate a woman raising her voice to me, saying, "No wonder you are not with someone—the have to yell at you, it's part of the deal."
No deal here.
Stranger, nun, teacher, employer, lover, it matters not, a woman who raises her voice to me no longer deserves my company, protection, service of even tolerance, and so I have ever and always walked away. This took some conditioning, but I had it down by the time I was a teen after seeing how poorly verbal engagement with a female worked for my rather savvy father.
Once you have acclimated yourself to this standard of intolerance, when a woman disrespects you it is as if an icy waterfall washed over your soul and you become free.
This generalizes well to dealing with men. For all men who raise their voice to you do so out of weakness. Even if it is a cop, military officer or coach, the raising of the voice represents their evoking of the greater power of the organization in their cause. Therefore, when a man raises his voice to you he has exposed his bitch-parts-which you have hopefully eradicated from your soul—and opened himself up for dismantling at your ruthless hands.
The various aspects of leashing bitches and running bitch-boys will be examined more closely in the near future.
For now, never again raise your voice in anger or impatience, ever. Then things concerning bitches and bitch-boys will begin to become apparent in your increasing cold and calculating mind's eye.

Ran across this article on abandoned houses in Baltimore.

washingtonpost.com/local/baltimore-has-more-than-16000-vacant-houses-why-cant-the-homeless-move-in/2015/05/12/3fd6b068-f7ed-11e4-9030-b4732caefe81_story.html

Choice quotes,"... 46,800 vacant homes — 16 percent of Baltimore’s housing stock..."

“All of Baltimore’s social, economic and political issues are encapsulated by the vacant houses...They’re vacant because of economic and political forces.” said Jeff Singer

I say they're vacant because hood rats live there.

"...vacant buildings are associated with numerous problems. One recent study showed that abandoned buildings are associated with higher rates of “assaultive violence.” Another found that residents who live near vacant building have a far greater chance of falling victim to fires..."

I think the government has misinformed us. We have been lied to. It's not guns that kill people. it's vacant buildings!!! I've found the answer! Rejoice and jubilate at my genius. All we have to do now is do something about those vacant houses and all will be good.

"...[Why couldn’t $130 million transform one of Baltimore’s poorest places?]...:

And why wouldn't we build condos on Mt. St. Helens?

Thanks for the links, Sam J.

Check out my article title Rat Ratification, about my interviews with Baltimore housing inspectors. They told me at the time that there were 25,000 vacancies [this was in 2001] and that the City had two vans with two men each for boarding up and reboarding vacants that had been raided for copper, with each team able to board two houses per day! Do the math, bro!

A prerequisite for a woman? Wow. Ever since I became an adult and left my constantly screaming mother behind I vowed to ditch any woman that yelled and have happily linked myself a non yelling female.

I have however noticed I raise my voice far too much to get my point across. Looking forward this series.

I read Rat Ratification and got a good chuckle and a bit horror. Nice story.
