This could possibly be a Jim Kelly movie.

Staying up late after an out of town funeral in 2003, I stumbled across a hilarious balcksploitation movie from the 70s. A band of black heroes were combating the Italian mobsters who had their longhaired, flunky pushers on the street corners selling dope to black kids. Eventually the heroes do an amphibious landing on the Don's mansion, coming out of the water in scuba gear as the mafia guys await their spaghetti and meatball dinner, prepared by two big black mammas.

Once the evil Italians are held at gunpoint, the black heroes have a funny idea—they have the two cooks make a soul food dinner and force the suited mafia dons to eat it at gunpoint!
