Where is the Most Dangerous Place for a Law-Abiding Civilian in Dindustan?

JUL/1/16
Let’s take the recently overrun Parkville Precinct of Baltimore County. One would think that the safest place to be in a beleaguered municipal subdivision would be at the “fort” the strongpoint from which the “Cavalry” in blue sally forth “to protect and serve.”
This would be the case, if the 8th Precinct at Old Harford Road and Putty Hill were an infantry station, like a 19th century police barracks for foot patrolmen. But modern policing is based around the automobile, with officers as dispersed as possible. In the case of the vast Parkville Precinct, the largest zip code in the Greater Baltimore area, nearly half the size of the entire city, with officers busy fighting to keep city criminals south of the City Line, the “cavalry” from “the fort” are all dispersed to the frontier. What is more is that Baltimore Area police precincts know that their headquarters are gang and terrorist targets and are therefore not places you simply waltz into.
The cohesive aspect of modern policing is remote communication, beginning with the victim or witness phoning in for help. This makes the police dispatch hub a manpower dead zone, except for three one hour blocks around shift change, with officers on the patrol on the regional perimeter and the dispatch of these officers to trouble spots based on phone calls, not a knock on the door by a witness or victim of a crime conducted on the precinct doorstep. Dindus, of course, understand this better than their victims, and always take a prey’s cell phone.
Over the past two weeks seven mobs of Dindus have attacked, beaten, threatened and/or robbed civilians within sight [or a 1 minute walk] of the 8th Precinct!
The pigs penned there have admitted to three of these attacks and have either not reported or otherwise obscured the location of the other attacks. Such attacks have also been occurring near the Essex and White Marsh precincts, with those in Essex going back six years. The zone immediately around the Essex precinct is the most lightly patrolled section of the area of responsibility, with the major bus transfer hub a quarter mile away so crime ridden that the bus shelters are rarely used and pedestrians are mob attacked weekly and homeowners have suffered repeated home invasions–reclassified as burglaries or robberies.
This is similar to muggers and rapists staking out municipal courthouses, as they know that distracted women will be forever spewing forth from the facility after filing for child support, divorce, peace orders and marriage licenses, as well as jurors, who, in the city, are set out helpless on the street as the gangbangers associated with the gangbanger on trial wait to have a word with them—or worse.
Cops are not conditioned to look for, or even recognize, crime at their work hub, with a cop headed to the 7-11 for a soda before he begins patrolling numbering among the least aware of his kind. Court is even more distracting for cops. Dindus know that civilians do not understand such things, and, like any self-serving predator, choose a time and place to strike which is least expected by their next meal.
So, when your suburban refuge is annexed to Dindustan, do not walk past the local police precinct expecting its shadow to cast a protective spell over you.
Oh, and do not forget, if you get attacked by a pack of Dindus in front of the police station [like Andy Yo-Clocker, who was threatened by the police for defending himself earlier this year], and you manage to successfully defend yourself, if any cop coming or going notices, he will probably see you engaged in the most criminal act that a citizen of Dindustan can commit—self defense against the oppressed. Victims of your pale privilege!
Cracker, don’t you know that you’re just food?

Good advice! Just a couple of years ago, a Detroit cop was robbed in the parking lot of the 5th Precinct while he was on his way to his car after end of shift.

Of course, in North Dindustan, the cops may well BE the criminals.

Good stuff as usual James! This is just the sort of information we need to improve our situational awareness and avoid likely ambush sites when in the urban combat zone. We should also keep in mind that the personnel strength of a great many city and country police forces around the country have been cut by as much as half during the last 20 years. So your local PD and SD likely just doesn't have the troops to respond promptly to every call for assistance, much less conduct presence patrols in every Dindu hunting ground. For example at a recent public meeting to discuss the huge spike in car-jacking, car theft and gang related shootings in Milwaukee, Milwaukee Country Sheriff David Clark told the assembled dignitaries it would take an additional 400 police officers to put the lid back on the boiling pot that the city's neighborhoods have become. Milwaukee Police Department Chief Ed Flynn (a competent policeman but at the same time naught but a Leftist political tool) opined that Sheriff Clark was crazy as there wasn't any money to hire that many new officers. Half the city's budget already goes to policing, Chief Flynn said. Oh yeah?! Where has all the money gone then? Clearly public safety does not occupy a high priority with city government. Well white folks are slowly but surely figuring out that the police will not be there for you, especially should there be any serious civil unrest. Then if you have to face down a home invasion crew it will help to have a big scary looking gun like one of the AR-15 or AK-47 copies. nationalreview.com/corner/341042/ar-15-wielding-security-guard-chases-robbers-nathaniel-botwinick

("As the local news anchor notes, “an easy target isn’t so easy when a guard comes out with a bigger gun than the perps.”) That's why guns and ammo are flying off the store shelves nationwide.

Thanks for the link, Jeremy.

In Baltimore county the police have been using a linebacker reserve defense, shifting additional men to the precinct hat got hit hardest with crime the previous year. But this year, with the Baltimore City housing Authority and the Federal Government forcing Baltimore County to take thousands of welfare households the three adjacent precincts of Essex, White Marsh and Parkville have all been hit at the same time.
