This afternoon, as I stood dumfounded watching a middle aged paleface slowly weaving in and out of traffic and pushing his upscale sedan hard, seemingly with the devil on his heels—or his dusky minions at least—fretting nervously at the stop light as if he was about to be attacked.
This dude wanted to get out of Baltimore—ASAP!
I the saw a possible reason for him to be driving hard out Harford Road for the hills that ring this pit of iniquity. He had two bumper stickers.
On the left of his rear bumper was a sticker that read: I'm Not A Liberal!
On the right of his bumper was a longer sticker that read: 1.4 Million People Attended Obama's Inaugural Address—Only 14 Missed Work
I laughed hard enough to hurt myself as he punched it and roared out Harford Road.
