Jerold “Fly” Holmes and Bebad Qwazi Jabad have been running the corner York and Woodbourne all summer, just wondering why that airplane was flying over head, never landing, not dragging no commercial banner, just cruising around. They also had no idea why Five-O rolled up on their asses and arrested their shit with no sale, no shit, no heat and no cash.
Sorry Yo, and Yo too, Bebad—but whitey ain’t playing fair, not even with the Department of justice breathing down their necks. The police went and hired these evil white mercenaries to spy on our shit damn near from outer space! And they done through a “Foundation,” when everybody knows that foundations are supposed to be for funneling drug money to mayors and presidents and shit, so they mind their ways.
Do not despair, my bruthas, the democratic, republican and green party candidates for mayor have all come out against this breach of Dindu rights, especially the part about not warning those in the game that they were going to have to change their operations up because of this new surveillance.

Once again you are on the cutting edge of societal evolution James.

Yeah, saw that.

A lot of the TTPs from Iraq and Afghanistan are coming home.

Like the medieval knight armor race, they are great short term tactical solutions leading to long term strategic failure.

They are great if you want to isolate and capture/kill individuals, and roll up networks, but when your problem is entire tribes and communities, rolling up networks well is worse than useless. It gives you false success metrics to optimize for, while your real problem gets worse.

James, I heard a rumor that they are using them to spot meth cook sites, and grow sites for weed, they caught two guys poaching a deer 6miles in from any roads, damn!
