I don’t know if this kind of stabbing has happened in Baltimore, but I would bet it has.
We have had bicycle drive-by punch-outs.
We have had bicycle holdups with pistols.
We are currently having drive up stabbings.
Bicycles are used for gang recon and they are off the radar. Cops tend to look upon bicyclists as benign.
I had two Dindus trailing me on bikes this time last year and when I turned and made them out, they U-turned and left.
Now, if you are a member of the Harm City Hoodrats, do not stab like this towel head did, just jamming it in the back and leaving it there. That rarely kills.
Drive by on the target’s left side with the knife held like an ice pick against your handlebar grip.
If you stab while passing, plunge it down between the ear and the shoulder, right inside the collar bone, and then pull it out.
If you are stabbing just as you clear him, slam the knife into the left side of his chest and rip it out.

This report from Politically Incorrect describes an instance of Knife Jihad in the Bavarian city of Aschaffenburg.
Note: In a German media context, “Southern-looking” is a euphemism for “Muslim immigrant”, much the same as “youth” in France or “Asian” in Britain.

Aschaffenburg: “Southern-looking” bicycle rider thrusts knife into back of pedestrian
Friday morning around 8:30 a 33-year-old pedestrian had a knife thrust into his back by a passing bicyclist. The victim was able to call the police himself, saying he felt something like a heavy blow to his back, and that he was in a lot of pain. At the scene, the ambulance people realized that there was a knife stuck in the man’s back.
The severely injured person was brought to the hospital. The police are searching for the attacker; the victim reported he didn’t know him. He has been described as follows: male, about 20 years old, strong, heavy-set figure, dark skin, black backpack with light or gray stitching. He rode an old, fit-for-scrap woman’s bicycle with a silver basket.
Such knife attacks have been well known in IsrŠ°el for years, where Jewish pedestrians and joggers get stabbed on the streets. The European Gaza Strip now runs right through Germany.
