I ran across these two items that might be of interest to you. This is a short article on white slavery in Penn's proto gulag. Touches a bit on the German and Dutch bondsmen. Actually a pretty interesting website in general, but the author seems to have a hard on for graphic accounts of 19th century industrial accidents.
Also ran across an article on a series of photos published by abolitionists to drum up money for their cause and the cause of free black slaves. The series of photos show mixed race children. The products of slave and master relations aka rape. Many of the children featured could pass as "white" but owing to the "one drop" rule they were held as property.
